ora-01654 in Survey Builder

Hi,

I have a small survey built with the Survey Builder packaged application.

So far we have had 260 responses and everything was working well - now whenever someone tries to submit a new response they get the ora-01654 error. Since this is a packaged application, how would I resolve this?

any advice appreciated!
