ora-01593: rollback segment optimal size

I am getting this error when i am try to setup new rollback segment.
my initial size 10MB'
next size 10MB
optimal size 10MB

but i am getting error ORA-01593 rollback segment optimal size (5000 blks) is samller than the computed initial size(10000 blks)
can someone advise me how the calculation is work.

and what is the optmail how is this thing is work if i have optimal size setup or not.
