ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 1784)

Hi all,

I got the datablock error when connecting to my database, no it's not accessible even localy the error i got is:

ERROR:
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 1784)
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+DATA/cdrmg/datafile/system.256.692714105'

When i try to connect in the local server i got the same error and when i connect by user sys i got error:

Enter user-name: sys as sysdba
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-01075: you are currently logged on

No i cannot do nothing, could you advise please what should i do.

My system is Linux and database 10g
