Hi guys,
We have configured ORacle RAC clusterware 11gR2 and we have upgraded our 10gR2 database to 11gR2 on the first node.
Now we want to start the second instance on second RAC node.
While starting the same we are facing the following error:
SQL> startup nomount pfile='/oraclehome/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/dbs/initfinprd2.ora';
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '+fin_data/spfilefinprd.ora'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +fin_data/spfilefinprd.ora
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service
It shows that it doesnt identifies the spfile.. but the instance on first node is already workign fine with spfile in ASM.
Please help on ASAP basis.
