ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number with name "" too small ORA-22924: snapshot too

APEX Setup:

Apex 4.2

Listener

Oracle 11g

I updated a page in apex.

Upon saving i got an error ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number with name "" too small ORA-22924: snapshot too old.

When trying to refresh the page got the same error.

It appears that the page is now corrupted. I can go to any other page in the app but this one.

I tried to export the application and got the same error.

I tried to use the "as of" time to go back and export the app, then re-import, but i get the same error.

Any ideas of how to recover this page?
