ORA-01555: snapshot too old:

Hi Experts,
i need your guidence.. actually i daily use to have logical backup by using expdp of one of my critical schema.. today while taking logical backup is EXPDP failed to load and unload an Object and throw below error message

ORA-31693: Table data object "PROD"."TRADE123" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEPOPULATE callout
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number with name "" too small
ORA-22924: snapshot too old

my DB version is 10gr2 (10.2.0.4) . and the object size 5MB.

what may be the reason to fail ion this object..plz guide me
