ORA-01555: snapshot too old

Hi ALL,

I am running Gather Schema Stats, and I got rollback too small.

How do I know that there are processes locking the schema tables causing the rollback error?

Does adding more data files to UNDO tablespace help?

In GATHER_SCHEMA_STATS , schema_name= XLA percent= degree = 4 internal_flag= NOBACKUP

Error #1: ERROR: While GATHER_TABLE_STATS:

object_name=XLA.XLA_DIAG_SOURCES***ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P004

rollback segment number 7 with name "_SYSSMU7_3781448970$" too small***
