ORA-01555 caused by SQL statement below

Hello All,

I am getting below error in my alert logs.

ORA-01555 caused by SQL statement below (SQL ID: g6wdr8khx7bgn, Query Duration=0 sec, SCN: 0x0000.6367a4e1):

Select ACCOUNTID,ACCOUNTNUMER,USERNAME,TOTALBILLAMOUNT,TOTALUNBILLEDUSAGE  FROM  abccd where ACCOUNTID=:"SYS_B_0"

ORA-01555 caused by SQL statement below (SQL ID: g6wdr8khx7bgn, Query Duration=0 sec, SCN: 0x0000.636742f1):

My undo tablespace utilize is upto 500mb.

Autoextensibe is on.

Retention is 900

What could be the reason for such error.
