ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace 'SIMSLOW'

Hi all,

We are moving some tables into a tablespace from another and are stuck at this error. The users all have unlimited tablespace quota for the tablespace but it has reached 10TB. Even SYS/SYSTEM can't move the table into that tablespace. Have we reached some functional limit I can't find right now? The tablespace is currently allocated out to 16TB with room to get to 30TB so the autoextend shouldn't be an issue.

Block size 16KB.
