ORA-01536 Error on trying to upload files

I have a simple app where I am storing files in BLOB field, but getting ORA-01536 errors.

I have less than 10 files which are maximum 8 MB each before I am getting this error.

When I query space APEX_BIGFILE_INSTANCE_TBS it says I have only used 5.58% of available space

Any pointers most welcome
