ORA-01502 Need more details on Errror

Hi All,

We are using Oracle 11.2 version, and Getting ORA-01502 error. even if I am not using Direct loading .

In application ne of table is populating with insert statement .

Please explain what can be the cause .

I know Index is unusable state but need to know why this is happening to avoid in future
