ORA-01502: index apex_040100.wwv_flow_step_val_pk

Good afternoon,

I am receiving ORA-01502: index apex_040100.wwv_flow_step_val_pk when I try to delete or copy an application and when I create a validation. This error started today, and I have never had a problem with it before.

I need to know how to fix this.

APEX 4.1
Database 11g
IE 9
