ORA-01466: unable to read data - table definition has changed

I am getting above error with the data pump. I raised SR with Oracle support. Oracle recommended to use SCN instead of Timestamp. My parameter file is follows

full=y content=all parallel=2 filesize=10g FLASHBACK_TIME="to_timestamp(to_char(sysdate - (3/24/60),'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss'),'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss')"

Does any one has workaround for this? Thanks in advance.
