ORA-01465: invalid hex number in Oracle APEX

Hi All,

I have a blob datatype column in the table and i tried to insert a file through a file browse field in apex directly into the blob and it is giving invalid hex number ......... i am inserting that file through an insert query and my application needs to do so.]
