ORA-01455 full export error with/without no rows

Database Version

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit

Problem:
========

While running ful export with no rows, we are getting the following error message. We did try with indexes =n and statistics=none, but still the same error. The index on this table has the clustering factor of 388497. Can any one please help us resolve this? Thanks in advance.
