ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datat

Hi

i face flowing error with date data type ,connecting timesten using oracle client .

SQL> select sched_start from process_sched;
ERROR:
ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype

no rows selected

could you please help on this
