ORA-01418: specified index does not exist

Could some on help me here, version 10204.

SQL> select owner ,index_name, status from dba_indexes where status ='UNUSABLE';

OWNER                          INDEX_NAME                     STATUS
------------------------------ ------------------------------ --------
hiva                          INDEX_1                         UNUSABLE

SQL> alter index hiva.INDEX_1 rebuild online;
alter index hiva.INDEX_1 rebuild online
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01418: specified index does not exist
