ORA-01406 : fetched column value was truncated

Hi all,

When am trying to click the button (I get the value into the field by clicking the button) I am facing the error

ORA-01406 : fetched column value was truncated

When i click on details it is showing the below error

FRM-40735 : WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

Please provide me the solution. Its a show stopper.

RECENTLY WE UPGRADED OUR DATABASE FROM 10.2.0.3 To 11.2.0.1
