ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (%s)

This is a warning message I am getting on the first retrieved row, when executing a mapping that pulls from SQLServer to Oracle 10Gr2. It looks like some sort of set up parameter, but I could find no postings for "%s" so I am putting out the word. Any ideas?
