ORA-01200: actual file size of 25604 is smaller than correct size of 25608

Hi guys,

I'm facing a problem, need your assistance ... urgently.

SQL> SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01122: database file 1 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 1:
'/mnt/san-oracle-encrypt/u02/oradata/adtst01/system01.dbf'
ORA-01200: actual file size of 25604 is smaller than correct size of 25608
blocks
