ORA-01187 AND ORA-01110

dear all
i am getting
ORA-01187: can not read from file 201 because it failed verification test.
ORA-01110: datafile 201 : directory_path\temp01.dbf.

Now i am unable to exp and imp dump
and even i can see table spaces using toad.
any help ....
