ORA-01144.File size exceeds

Hi,
I have installed oracle 11g r2 on oel.Now i want ot resize my undo tablespace.When i give the command alter database datafile 'path' resize 32G';
i got the error
ORA-01144.File size (4194304 blocks) exceeds minimum of 4194304 blocks.

I need to create some tablespace also with autoextend off and need to resize to 100G.
