ORA-01119, ORA-27040

I tried to create a tablespace to hold the recovery catalog, I connect the database as SYSDBA,then I issued the command as follow:

SQL> create tablespace "RMAN" datafile 'u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/rman01.dbf'
  2  size 50m reuse
  3  autoextend on next 64k maxsize 100m
  4  extent management local
  5  segment space management auto;
create tablespace "RMAN" datafile 'u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/rman01.dbf'
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01119: error in creating database file
'u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/rman01.dbf'
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory

I checked the directory,it is correct. Anyone can help me? Many thanks!
