ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 27 (block # 108082)

Hi All,
I have got following error when querying the database, can anyone help how to fix it.

ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 27 (block # 108082)
ORA-01110: data file 27: '/oracle/netcooldata/netcool11.dbf'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
SVR4 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
Additional information: 108050
ORA-06512: at line 9
