ORA-01114, ORA-29701, ORA-06512

I have got this errors. Can any experts help me to resolve this issue?

Due to this application users getting errors. Thanks.

Ora errors:

ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 65 (block # 1956)
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager
ORA-06512: at "ERROR_PKG", line 151
ORA-06512: at "SET_SP", line 108
ORA-06512: at line 1
