ORA-01113: file 1 needs media recovery

hi,
i am using oracle 9i on windows XP,
when i try to open the database i found system file needs media recovery,
the following error occurs

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01113: file 1 needs media recovery
ORA-01110: datafile 1:'D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\SONA\SYSTEM01.dbf'

the important point to remember is I DONT HAV ANY BACKUP of 'SYSTEM' datafile.....

NOW HOW CAN I RECOVER THE SYSTEM DATAFILE?
can anyone plz help to resolve this issue.....
