ORA-01110: data file 20: '<datafile>'

hi,

i'm using oracle 9.0.7 in IBM AIX5.2 platform..
i'd got the followings error in my application.
i've tried to use DBV to check for any corruption on the specified file, but yet to found out no CORRUPTION on that file.
And this problem NOT occurs all the time.. On the same "sql select statement", but sometime it will hit this error & sometime is not..

Anyone know what's the root cause of this problem??

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 20 (block # 185)
ORA-01110: data file 20: '/disc7/RFDB/TBS/RFCASE_TBS_NEW_01.dbf'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 5: I/O error
