ORA-01081 Can not start already running shut it down first.

Dear all,

If anyone resolve this issue please suggest.

When I am going to start the database it gives the message'ORA-01081 Can not start already running shut it down first.',where shut immediate will not work,you need to apply shut abort. After that when i try to start database again it gives me a message like.
ora-00205-error in identifying control file,check error log for more information.

So I checked the alert log ,But in mentioned path control file was not there,even in backup please suggest how can I restart my database normally.
