ORA-01078: Failure in processing system parameters

Hii,

Actually I'm a freshmen in administrating DB oracle.

I installed db in my virtual server using Virtual box.
When I try to start database via sqlplus it shows error:

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/dbs/inittest.ora'

Here "test" is Oracle SID

I googled this problem, but cannot find any useful information or maybe I'm doing something wrong. If anyone met the same problem and solved it please help me to.
