ORA-01078 and LRM-00123

When I run database using pfile and everything is OK. But after creating spfile from pfile I've got such errors:

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00123: invalid character 0 found in the input file

Can anyone suggest me solution to resolve this problem?
