ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef in windows

Hi All,

We have oracle 11.2 ( client ) version and Erwin 9 ( 64 bit version ) on the same windows ( windows 7 64 bit )machine.

Tried to connect Erwin but got an error. Env variable oracle_home and path are correct

ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

Any Suggestions
