ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
i cant be able to connect through sys/system itried this
sqlplus/nolog
than
SQL> connect sys/orcl as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
what is do plz help me i check my trace file i thing Redo log caused a problem i can drop and create it if i connected with sys my trac file is here
