ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress

Hi all,

I am working with Oracle 10g. while logging in, i found the error ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

After that, i clicked the xe.bat file by mistake.

Then when i tried to log in, it shows the error ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress.

please help me to solve this problem..
