ORA-01031: insufficient privileges message in APEX Code Editor

After checking my APEX application for errors using the APEX advisor. It mentioned that a select didn't had all required privileges to execute a statement.

I checked the source an got this error message:

Same SQL statement run fine in the corresponding Oracle DB schema within the SQL Developer.

Any idea? At the moment I would just ignore the message.

APEX version: 5.0.2

DB version: 11.2.0.4.0
