ORA-01031 insufficient privileges

Hi..

Actually i just installed the oracle 10g into my computer and I have created one id called nvision. After i login as nvision id, i tried created a table but i got an error message ORA-01031.

Could some body guide me, how could i change the privileges for nvision user id and solved the problem.
