ORA-01019 Error

Hello,

I am trying to run Microsoft Visual Studio SSIS packages of 2008 , 2010, 2012 on Windows 10 64bit, but when in am tying to connect my oracle DB which is 11g XE 32bit through SSIS package i get error of ORA-01019, i installed latest oracle client on 12c on my machine but still i am getting the same error. how can i solve this error. and how can use my SSIS packages for loading data from Oracle to SQL Server.
