sorry, no DB admin here. Since last night we cannot connect to our database anymore with ORA-01017. The symptoms are the ones described here:
18c and above : All user connections fail with ORA-01017 except SYS when SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON=FALSE (0 Bytes)Unfortunately I do not have access to the support, so I'm really lost. Any hints on what to do here? This is how we usually connect to the database in SQL Developer:
but now the only working connection is with sys as sysdba.
Our Windows Server on which the DB runs made an update this night and afterwards the error came.
