Ora-01017 Logon denied

Hi all,

I am trying to connect from client to server with sys/password@dbname as sysdba.

Then i am getting the error ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Oracle client version is 10.2.0.1 and Server is 10.2.0.2.

I can login with system/password@dbname.

From server i am able to connect / as sysdba.

I am also getting below error also

Oracle Error code 1017 Sql state 72000
Please help me.
