ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

when i used replicat paramfile dirprm/inload.prm command to copy date, i got this error. i can sure my usename and password is ture,

and i can use 'sqlpuls username/password@orcl' to connect to oracle

but when i used 'conn username/password' to connect oracle i got the ora-01017 code

i have used 'alter username definited by password' to change the password ,it is not work

i have also used 'alter system set sec_case_sensitive_logon=false scope=both'; it not work

my os is windows server 2012 x64,oracle is 11gr2

i can use orgguser through sqlplus get into oracle

use the same username and password but i can not get in，I got the ora01017

and i can use account of system to get in by conn
