ora-01017 invalid username password in sqlplus

Hi,
I just installed oracle 11g in windows 7, with toad using :

sydba
maypassword
orcl

I can connect

but when I try sqlplus with the same user password database,I got :

ora-01017 invalid username password

is there anything that is missing I did not do ?
