ORA-01017: invalid username/passord during database creation using dbca

hello.

I am currently working on oracle 12cR2 under Oracle Linux 7.3.

But when I try to create a databse using dbca I have the following fatal error during processing.

ORA-01017: invalid username/passord; logon denied.

I try to check the install log and I have the following entries.

[BasicStep.configureSettings:383] messageHandler being set=oracle.sysman.assistants.util.InteractiveMe$

[StepErrorHandler.setFatalErrors:339] setting Fatal Error: ORA-03113

I want to know what I did wrong during installation.
