ORA-010134 ORACLE not available problem

Hi All,

Am facing ORA-010134 ORACLE not available and ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

While i login to my data base.

Then i tried to log in as

/ as sysdba
--log in to idle instance
shutdown abort
startup

it throws me a error ORA-10997:another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress and ORA-09968: unable to lock file

what i have to do to clear this ?

please help...... am using oracle 11g r2
