ORA-00957: duplicate column name

Hello,

I'm getting the below error when a submit the data capture is one of conditiona l display regions.

ORA-06550: line 1, column 579: PL/SQL: ORA-00957: duplicate column name ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

I have created two regions, some of the regions use the same type of input sources (i.e model_id -> LOV) which are tied to Database Columns

I now have 2 Automatic Row Processing Process and 2 row fetch processes. Do I have to change something in the individual the behaviour of the items?
