ORA-00937 Not a single-group function Oracle error in Reportsmith

I have a CASE/WHEN derived field that is functioning to calcuate particular hours properly. When I try to input a function to multiply those hours by a rate, I receive an ORA-00937 error. I was able to input a different calculation using a SUM and CASE/WHEN but the totals are not accurate. If you could assist I would truly appreciate your help. Thank you.
