ORA-00926: missing VALUES keyword

Hi,

Error while executing:

MERGE INTO TEST DEST
ON (DEST.CODE=SRC.CODE)
WHEN NOT MATCHED THEN
INSERT INTO TEST(CODE,DESCCRIPTION)
SELECT CODE,DESCRIPTION FROM TEST1

ORA-00926: missing VALUES keyword

Any help will be needful for me
