Oracle Database Discussions

Hello experts, Last one week our users repeatedly complainting to our help desk that their application is hanging at night 12:00 about 7 to 10 minutes. Our environement is

DATA server : ORACLE 10 G , OS : WINDOWS 2003 SERVER
APPLICATION : FORMS 6I BASED APPLICATION.


I checked the alert log, shows that


ORA-0063 ORACLE SERVER SESSION TERMINATED BY FATAL ERROR
ORA-03113 END-OF-FILE ON COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

and it said to check a file in the utump trace directory. The trace file shows an entry

ksedmp : internal or fatal error

Dump of memory from ............................
..................................................

Note that we are running a scdeduled job which export the whole database and copies the dump file to a directory.This would happen every day night at 11:30.
Kinldy help to resolve it.
