ORA-00604 & ORA-01882

Hi,

we've connected javascript of Application server 10g to 9i database, after that we r getting this below error.

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01882: timezone region not found
: Can't create a new connection for jdbc:oracle:thin:@110.30.3.17:1521:FEDHRS : ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01882: timezone region not found

So please tel me, how to solve this. eventhough on both the databases sessiontimezone is same. and on o/s level also time is correcft. But still we r getting the same.I am newbie to this...

on my frns told that configure new tns from windows machine to application....how we will do that...

Please help me out..do we need to run any script on application server for this, if yes pls let me know that.
