Hello! When I try to connect to the XE database, sqldeveloper displays an error message about failing to initialize timezone information. Other users solved it by adding AddVMOption lines to sqldeveloper.conf, setting the user.region to US, but in my case this did not change anything. Since my OS (Windows 10) is configured with a German locale i also tried user.region=de, without success. How can I solve or analyze the problem?
