ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1\nORA-01000: maximum open

I have business object that opens and closes multiple datareader objects. I dispose the reader and the associated command object after I'm done with each reader but still it doesn't seem to be closing the Cursors on the Oracle side. Over time eventually I use up all cursors allocated to my session.

Any ideas?
