HI All,

I have installed oracle 18c on windows machine and using Oracle APEX 18.1 in it.

In Enterprise manager, I got the below error message

ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error

I have checked alert file that is C:\app\Sarada\product\18.0.0\diag\rdbms\xe\xe\alert\log.XML

There I got to see the below error

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error

ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error

As mentioned in this file, I checked the Trace file i.e C:\APP\USER\PRODUCT\18.0.0\diag\rdbms\xe\xe\trace\xe_ora_2164.trc , which I am unable to understand.

Can anyone help me to resolve the problem?
